You may use our site and services only for lawful personal purposes. Misuse of the site, including harmful or abusive actions, is not allowed. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow these rules.
All bookings must be made through approved GoldenStayz channels. Prices, room types, and service options may change without notice. Check-in and check-out times are stated during your booking. You must present valid ID upon arrival.
Guests must inform staff of any relevant health limits before using spa, therapy, or fitness areas. GoldenStayz may refuse or adjust a service if it poses a risk to a guest’s well-being. Guests agree to follow all posted health and safety rules.
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. Payment methods will be shown on our site. All amounts are in Canadian dollars.
Cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival may be charged up to 50% of the booking amount. No refund applies for same-day cancellations or no-shows. In special cases (such as verified illness or emergency), management may review refund requests.
Your personal data is used only for booking, contact, and service quality purposes. We keep it safe under privacy laws of Canada.
GoldenStayz is not responsible for loss, delay, or harm caused by third parties, nature, or events outside our control. All guests use facilities at their own risk.
GoldenStayz may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services means you accept the updated Terms.
